Neighborhood quiet time is 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

No Parties or Events allowed

This violates AirBNB policy as well as our house rules.
We will call the police and cancel your stay immediately.

No unregistered guests

All guests must be registered

Smoking of any kind is not allowed at our home
Smoking is a violation of our house rules
Any smoking will result in additional fines and heavy cleaning fees

No illegal substances of any kind

Illegal substances are a violation of our house rules
Any illegal substances will result in additional heavy cleaning fees

Please take care of our furnishings

Treat this home as if it were your own
Do not rearrange the furniture
Damage to furniture will result in additional fees

Please clean up your trash and dishes

Place used dishes, cups and silverware in the dishwasher
Add the dishwasher detergent provided and turn on the dishwasher when you are checking out.
Place all trash in trash bags
Place the trash bags in the trash can located at the front of the house by the mailbox.

No pets allowed

We do not allow pets in our home
Any pets will be a violation of our house rules
There will be additional pet fees and cleaning fees added for any pets

Please respect our check-in and check-out times

Check-in time: after 3pm
Check-out time: before 11am
Late check-out may add additional fees

There are security cameras on the premises for your protection

Do not tamper with the security cameras as they are there for your protection
Tampering with the security cameras will result in additional fines as well as termination of your stay without refund.
